What do I need to get started?

You would be needing a Microsoft Office 365 License that includes a phone system (E1/E3 + Phone System or E5) along with a Microsoft certified SBC, an SIP Provider, and an E911 provider.
Do I need any additional hardware to enable direct routing?

No. You don't need to buy any additional hardware to make and recieve external call through direct routing.
Where can I use Falkon VoIP Direct Routing?

Users can get multiple benefits out of Falkon VoIP direct routing, including: Person-to-person calling: Call anyone within as well as outside your organization. Reception/switchboard: Transfer, hold or terminate calls like any other service. Multi-Platform call distribution: Route calls to other telephony networks within your organization that are not directly related to Teams.
How many minutes do I get in the basic plan?
